Starry Sky Kite Exhibition by Buteo Huang
   
  The Taiwan Today Festival continues with Starry Sky, the largest kite exhibition ever presented in North America. Award- winning kite master and designer Buteo Huang has created a dazzling collection of hundreds of hand-made kites. Made from space-age materials, the collection features 307 kites including Streams (40 pieces), Stars(100 pieces), Star Birds(53 pieces), Star Forest(100 pieces), Flying Fish (12 pieces), a Tao Fishing Boat, and Star Genie, a 250-foot-long train-kite.
